- File Articles of Incorporation (Form ARTS-GS)
- Create and adopt Corporate Bylaws
- Apply for an EIN (Employer Identification Number) with the IRS
- Register for any local business licenses and permits
- File Statement of Information (Form SI-550) within 90 days
- Open a business bank account
Get Licensed by the DRE
Serve as Chief Operations Officer

- Complete and submit the Corporation License Application (RE 201)
