Trent Davis is a licensed real estate broker who has worked with investors for over 20 years. Over that time, he owned his own agency, earning a reputation for his work ethic, easygoing nature, and high ethical standards. In addition to real estate, Trent has decades of experience in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy, and operations. He has built several successful companies while providing strategic planning to early-stage enterprises and nonprofits. Ella Chichester, Vice President
Ella is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 18 years of project management and constituent relations expertise in higher education fundraising and nonprofit arts management. She has produced televised entertainment industry black tie awards ceremonies and has developed and executed strategic fundraising event campaigns at the university level. As the fourth generation member of a California cattle ranching family, Ella has extensive experience with agricultural real estate administration, managing ranch property rezoning, land acquisition, and partition actions. Ella has spent many decades managing care for her mother, who suffers from several chronic illnesses, and she helped care for her grandmother at the end of her life.
