Beyond real estate, Trent has spent decades in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and social enterprise, successfully building companies and advising early-stage businesses and nonprofits. His expertise in strategic planning and sustainable growth makes him a driving force behind Legacy Property Advisor’s mission to help brokers succeed while giving back to their communities.

Ella Chichester, Vice President

Ella Chichester brings more than 18 years of experience in marketing, communications, and nonprofit management to our team, where she plays a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Her background includes higher education fundraising, nonprofit arts management, and strategic event planning. She has produced black-tie awards ceremonies and impactful fundraising campaigns. She has deep roots in agricultural real estate and extensive experience in property administration, land acquisition, rezoning, and partition actions.

Ella is also intimately familiar with families' challenges when caring for loved ones. Having spent decades managing family members' care, she understands the emotional and financial pressures many families experience when navigating long-term care.
