We plan and manage quarterly events that honor and support families who need immediate financial support to pay for the care of a loved one facing cancer, heart disease, or Alzheimer’s. We'll handle:


  • Setting a date and time, and booking a venue 
  • Signage, catering, and decor
  • Email and social media promotion
  • Donations (online, text-to-give, live)

We manage recruitment, fundraising, and sponsorship for local American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Alzheimer’s Association walks, positioning you as a community leader in giving back. We'll take care of all the details:


  • Set and track team goals (dollars raised, miles walked, number of members recruited)
  • Recruit team members through email, social media, text, and in-person asks
  • Provide on-site team zone setup and management the day of the walk, coordinate photo/video coverage, and produce post-walk thank you event
